Every day I am surrounded by countless inspirational moments which spawn new ideas and creations
.

My work is all about the beauty of the human form. The limitless expressions and mystery of the human face fascinates me. I like to contrast the smooth surface of the face with textured adornments to complete the masks and busts I create. Through my art I am trying to show beauty on a deeper level.
My sculptures often express an imaginative world of peace and serenity. Faces are very often in a meditative state with closed eyes.
I want viewers to be attracted to my sculptures by the beauty and emotions I am trying to portray.
I pay a lot of attention to aesthetics and details. My work starts with a lump of clay and a few ideas in my head. As I work, the images emerge. When I feel the work is finished, I fire the piece in the kiln to make it permanent. After firing, I apply different finishes to add an extra dimension of color and shine.
